Delivery is free for Colombo and it's suburbs. Outstation delivery charges starts as law as US$0.65.
For Colombo and its suburbs delivery is carried out free of charge. The minimum outstation delivery charge is as low as US$0.99. This would vary according to the location and the number of kilometers of travel. |

| Do you deliver on weekends and public holidays? |
Yes we do. The only days we don’t deliver are 4th February (Independence Day), April14th, 15th and 1st of May.

Yes you can. Go to order status page. Using your order number you could check the delivery status of your order. Once your order is placed you will receive a order receipt which will be e-mailed to you.

| What is the earliest that my orders can be delivered in Sri Lanka ? |
| You need to be placed at least 24 hours prior to delivery date. We will try our best to deliver your order even for Orders placed with out 24 hours prior notice.
Orders need to be placed at least 24 hours prior to the delivery date. However, if an order is placed with less than 24 hours notice we will try our best to accommodate the request. This would be on a case by case basis. |

| What if we can't find your recipient's address? |
You should enter the phone number of the recipient. If the address is difficult to find we will contact the recipient to get directions. For lunches and dinner we will phone to confirm as they are perishable items.
When placing the order you are required to provide the phone number of the recipient (it is preferred if both the land line and mobiles number are provided). If there is a difficulty in locating the recipient’s address, we would contact them to obtain directions. A confirmation is obtained from the recipient prior to the delivery of lunches and dinners as they are perishable items |
